Good afternoon.
I visited your salon back in September of 2007,
and I tried on a gown from Emerald Bridal. I
live in California, and so far, haven't been
able to locate a store that offers this brand
and style gown, so at least for now, I need to
correspond with you long distance to try to work
this out...
My mom, sister and I spent nearly two hours in
your store that day, and we had just a really
sweet time together...
Anyway, thanks for your time and consideration.

I was in your store on Wednesday with my mother
and my son. I tried on a bunch of dresses and the
girl told me that there was only one pink wedding
dress that you guys had. She took me downstairs
and showed me the dress. I was so blown away that
was the dress that I wanted. She brought it
upstairs and my mothers jaw dropped because she
knew that was the dress that I have been looking
for. When we were doing the paper work I seen the
(bride and grom) Mooses on the table and it was
crazy because we are having our reception at the
Moose lodge. I thought it was fate. Then I came
on your website and I seen who owned the place
and I started to freak out. The husbands name is
Benjamin Clark and my Fiance's name is Benjamin
Clark. That just tipped me off. So I am telling
you this is fate that I am getting my wedding
dress from you.

that lead up to our grand entrance which of
course is the most important of all the

an amazing time I had at your store. Your
customer service was great and very personal.
Although I am still in between two different

I just got my wedding dress at Kay Bridal, they
are under new ownership as of the last year. I
had a very good experience. Everything was up
front and above board. I especially liked
working with Krista, she tells it how it is, and
even though shes young, I think she knows what
shes talking about...They said 12-16 weeks for
my dress to arrive, and it was 16 exactly.

KAY BRIDAL SHOP VOTED BEST IN MY BOOK! There
selection was wonderful, everything for every
kind. The customer service was great. They went
out of there way to help me find the dress of my
dreams. They offered that I go to other bridal
shops, IN GOOD FAVOR. What a great way to do
business. Who else would offer to lose business
just to make sure that the customer is happy and
in the dress of their dreams. ONLY KAY BRIDAL
SHOP, KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK YOU GUYS! They
wanted to make sure that I was choosing the
right dress. And I did, I found the dress of my
dreams at KAY BRIDAL SHOP. My entire wedding
party (men, women & children) will be dressed in
the best, and from the best: KAY BRIDAL SHOP. :)

Hi Lisa,
I'm not sure if you remember me, it seems like
it's been forever! I was the Peace Corps
volunteer that called you last year from Ecuador
looking for help getting my wedding dress. I
just wanted to drop you a quick line to say
THANK YOU, once again, for being so
accommodating in getting the dress into your
store for me to try on, as well as for all of
your help in purchasing and suggesting Mary
Robbins to do the alterations (she was WONDERFUL
as well!). I wanted to include a quick picture
that one of my friends snapped of both Diego and
I before getting married. If you see Mary,
please show her as well. You both did a first
rate job, and I will 100% recommend you to my
girl friends!

I was really getting concerned about not finding
an appropriate dress for my son's wedding in
October. It was on a whim that I thought I'd try
going back to the bridal shop I purchased my
wedding dress at 30 years ago. What a wonderful
experience again! Sam was so patient that night I
tried on dresses. Lisa, too, was so patient when
I returned on Saturday to make a decision with
my "fashion consultant" (my husband). At no time
did I feel pressured. Lisa seemed to read my mind
in how I felt and wanted to present myself. My
children will all be married after October. So I
won't be needing any more "mom's dresses" but
will certainly recommend your shop to any else
looking! Thanks for the wonderful service you've

So, I was getting married...Me and my mom set up
appts to look for dresses right away. First stop,
David's Bridal...it was a MADHOUSE, I had to wait
about 35 min. to try on dresses and there were
only about 15 different styles all in order by
size. As I stood on the stand facing the mirror,
next to about 5 other brides-to-be, 2 of them had
the exact same dress on. I looked at my mom and
said "lets get outta here"...On a thurs night
after work I thought i'd pop into Kays. I told
them what I was looking for and she brought me 5
different styles - ALL of which were amazingly
beautiful, but I immediately was drawn to a
specific one and ended up buying it on the spot. I
did find my dress before the new owners took over
- There WAS limited stock at the time (due to the
ownership switch), but I have to say that EVERY
DRESS WAS DIFFERENT! Then after months and months
of searching for my mom's dress we headed back to
Kays (with new mgmt.) and sure enough we found the
perfect dress for her there. There were tons of
ORIGINAL dresses! NO TWO ALIKE.
Fast forward a year, I was getting ready for a
wedding and my strapless bra/bustier broke. I got
in my car and sped to Kays, they were able to find
a bustier in my size and I was out in less than 10
min. (and suprisingly spent less than $40). Even
with no notice and in the middle of other bridal
fittings they helped me with a smile. I would
recommend this place to everyone...In all my times
going there and calling, staff has always been
respectful and curtious. PLEASE, do not get a
dress without at least taking a look at their
stock, you won't be disappointed.

Dear Kay Bridal Shop, This thank you is long
overdue but I just received all my pictures at
the end of May. I want to thank all the ladies
who helped me. I bought my dress under the old
management. My bridesmaids dresses were done by
you and I couldn't be happier. I got many
compliments about them. I hope every bride that

I got my Jessica McClintock veil here and it was
fabulous! And it was only $25. They even ordered
it in the length I wanted. The customer service
was fabulous! I wish I would have went there to
try on gowns (although my gown was perfect for
me).

I visited many bridal shops and Kay Bridal Shop
was one of my favorites. The service was really
nice and they always helped me look for what I
wanted. I ended up purchasing a real nice
wedding dress from them. They gave me lots of
good advice on the wedding dress and also they
made sure I really liked it and also that the
size was just right for me. I couldn’t believe
how friendly and how they really cared that I
got a good wedding dress.

the gowns [keeps them in top shape!] but it's
personable and there's a great selection of
gowns. Very good quality dresses. The sales
associate that helped me was amazing. She was
very patient with me and definitely knew her
inventory and designers! If you make an
appointment, you will get an associates
undivided attention. I would definitely
recommend this place.

For the girls dresses, we chose a 2 piece option
to accommodate everyone’s body type. The girls
at the shop were patient in measuring everyone
and arranging for pickup. They were extremely
helpful. The reason we went there is because
that was where my mom and many of her friends
and sisters got their dresses from, 28 years
prior! They have a great reputation and they
care about their customers.

We had been to so many different bridal
boutiques, but the reason why we chose Kay
Bridal was because they had the best prices on
the type of bridesmaids dresses that we wanted,
Eden Dresses. We found out that Kay’s would be
having a sale, and so we went and bought the
dresses that we wanted on sale. The dresses we
picked out were simple, no sleeves, and they
also happened to be from 2006. The staff was
great, and they didn’t mind at all that I had
bought my wedding dress elsewhere. They also
took care of the alterations.

I loved Kay's!!!ý I have gone shopping at a few
bridal shops in the past few weeks and Kay
Bridal was definitely my favorite. I made an
appointment and had such a good experience. I
sat down and flipped though their catalog of
dresses and marked the ones I wanted to try on.
The girl that was helping me did not even flinch
at the fact that I had about half the book
marked. I did not feel rushed at ALL. After Sam
(the girl that helped me) seen the style I
liked, she began pulling dresses that she
thought I might like. I ended up trying on some
GORGEOUS dresses and found THE ONE! The dresses
they have in the store are in VERY good
condition, unlike some of the other stores I
have been to. (could be the No Handling Dresses
rule) There is a very good variety of bridal
gowns to try on. Also, the girls that worked
there know their stuff! They were VERY
knowledgeable about their dresses and designers.
I was quite impressed. I have spoken with Krista
too, and she is also very pleasant. I would
definitely recommend this shop to any bride!
